I play slots and have played at Grand Fortune recently having deposited a few times. I had two small wins, one off a cash back from a deposit and the other from a free chip. I requested payouts for both and received the money in two days and one may have been even faster-I just don't recall.

 review about this casino,THE CASINO sounded extremely heavy Chinese accent. the person could barely understand me, BUT it was very clear to me and made very clear to me i would never see that money and to quote the support agent and if 'you will get to play and win',your decision off of all the casinos you may want if anyone is questioning what anyone is on the fence about using this casino. i am a big player and i just by chance used those bonus's without depositing and where i play EVERYDAY  i deposit... EVENTUALLY

i must take back any such review ive made about this casino. 3 days after i joined this casino, last month, i had 3 bonus's to use. i won on all 3 bonus's. my first one was the sign up bonus, i had to play through around $3,800.00, i did and was up to around $800.00 in which as usual once you hit the play through amount your balance drops to $100.00. so i lost a bit but won back to $100.35 and placed the withdraw. 3 hours later i used the second bonus they sent me which was 25 free spins. i finished the 25 spins with $27.00 so i had a play through of a couple hundred dollars. well the second spin on the money i won on the free spins, i hit for $3200.00. so of course i played through the couple hundred dollars and again was my balance was dropped down to $100.00. i was betting $50.00 a hand on blackjack and so when the balance was dropped down i did not know it so i lost that hand and i only had $52.00 BUT i won back up to $102.92 and withdrew. about 6 hours goes by and i had 1 last free play to use and it was a $25.00 NDB an needless to say i won AGAIN  and was at $931.00 then my balance was dropped down to $100.00 again. i lost a bit and won to put me at $107.12. so i withdrew that amount too. so in the first time i played this casino, i had 3 bonus's THE CASINO SENT ME. i won on ALL 3 AND WITHDREW ALL 3 for a total of $310.39 all on 8/17/2016. i have not received 1 email from them about my withdraws. i get 10 emails a day from them about bonus's to use, which all go to the trash now. i DID  call them and it sounded as if their were 20 babies crying in the background and it also sounded as if the person was in a kitchen making food. i could barely understand the person as they had an extremely heavy Chinese accent. the person could barely understand me, BUT it was very clear to me and made very clear to me i would never see that money and to quote the support agent 'you will never see a penny of the money won today, can i help you with anything else as i am busy'. so i asked what can i do with the money i won, and was told i could cancel the withdraws and play. so as im putting 2 and 2 together at the time i said 'what will that do for me?' and got a response of 'you will get to play and win'. OK LETS THINK ABOUT WHAT WAS SAID!!!! i said in return 'will i be able to withdraw any money if i win as i believe this is a rhetorical question', i had to explain what i meant by that. then again i was told 'you will never be able to withdraw the money won OR any money won from that money if i cancel', WHAT?????? she just said i could cancel the withdraw requests then 'play and win' well what the FxxK can i win? i was told 'nothing'.  so make your decision off of this. i have all the proof you may want if anyone is questioning what ive wrote here or if anyone is on the fence about using this casino. i am a big player and i just by chance used those bonus's without depositing in Bitcoin. and where i play EVERYDAY  i deposit 50 Bitcoin a week, win or lose. this place will never get my money. i did not mean anything by explaining what i deposit a week, instead i was just explaining, without saying this, thank god i did not start depositing here as look at what would happen.

I enjoy playing at this casino. There are always free spin games and no deposit bonuses available to players. I am not happy about the time that it is taking for them to actually approve my payout. It has been over a week and I still have not heard anything from them. The payout was only for a $100.00 but that was the max available on the free spins. The max payout on their free offers are only $100.00 so while they have many to choose from the actual cash out amount is small. I will say that if it is taking this long to hear about $100.00 from free spins I probably wont be depositing any more money here. I like a casino that will pay me out and respond to me timely.

They ask for 72h.

I did play bonus on this casini. I must tell that have a pretty luck :) I met playtrough requirments and my bonus dissapear, and I have 100 eur withdrawable money. Then I conntact support team, that tell me what supouse to do, to withdraw thus money, but unfortunately tell me that my winnings are forfeited, because I live in region (Slovenia) and free bonus not allowed to my people. I did play with à bonus, win 125 dol and whn i did ask them when i can expect to be paid, here what they  did anwser me :  ' Unfortunately your winning will be void ( v=cancelled) due to the fact that you claimed more than  three free bonus without making any deposit.'
