Very bad ... they do not respect their own terms. I managed to get to the uSD 100 with a bonus. I asked to withdraw funds and they denied them to me. I communicated with the customer beforehand and they told me that I had requested too many bonuses ... but ... they gave them to me! how can it be? Why do you accept them? I would NOT play at this casino!!!  I'm LIVID with them!!  They sent me an email with a promotion for 250% match + free spins.  It quoted no playthrough and no max cashout.  Of course I was all over it, who wouldn't be right?  Well when I redeemed it it had a huge playthrough attached!!!  So I went to live chat to iron things out.  They wouldn't honor the advertised promo, but they did offer an alternative that I accepted pending the outcome of investigating what was up with the other bonus.  In my eyes no matter what they were going to honor the bonus.  Because that's just not fair and they should have to be responsible for what they print and promise.  So they are refusing to honor it or even compensate me for their mistake!!!  So I plan to contact the Federal Trade Commission to file a formal complaint on them.  I look at it like this, some of those casinos have their machines set to open at a very high bet like $8 or more sometimes in hopes that you won't notice and just spin right away.  So if I made that mistake and used half of my money on one spin like that, would they refund me??  No I would be held responsible for my own mistake, I'm only asking the same from them.  Anyways I wouldn't get too excited if you see a great bonus from them it's probably false advertising......by the way it's been two days since this incident and both days the casino has sent me the same email with the same lies about the rules.
