This casino is terrible. They do not honor bonuses the live help is rude and all they want you to do is make a deposit through them as I assume the live help gets a small commission. Of course I never kept track of what was real money and which wasn't, since I had no idea I needed to or even how to go about it if I did. Just superficially, it looks like I only spent $53 real money. Then I was asked if I had read the rules on 'Bonus Money'. I said, there weren't any and they said, yes there were. So I went back to the Winward site, to the deposit page and much to my surprise found a link to 7, SEVEN, pages of rules, regulations and legal disclaimers attached to all and any bonus's. If I had been aware that such a large mass of confusion concerning the legality of bonus's existed, it would have scared me away ASAP. I did try to read it (even more than my auto or life insurance policies) all 7 pages and I was more confused at the end than I had been at the beginning. Needless to say, I told them they weren't going to get any more 'cash money' out of me and left the site with $230 'funny money' balance.
