There is reference made to a $10 NDB just for signing up. When I began in instant chat to inquire about this, I was told that BFCL must be using an old code because it's not been valid for quite some time. When trying to ask certain questions, getting answers from this agent was like pulling teeth. YES, I enjoy the offers that ARE available, but when I inquire about something (even just to clarify), I would appreciate it if an agent could TRY to offer information, rather than me having to drag it out of them.
