I have been playing at this casino for 7 mos. and I really don’t understand why there are comments about not being able to withdraw. I have and I didn't have any problem. The most I have withdrawn was about $2,000. The customer support is superb and they were able to answer all of the questions I’ve had. I’m addicted to thunderstruck at this time. I guess it’s everyone’s craze nowadays.

i read all those reviews and its weird .The members here ,most of them are satisfied by this casino and what I read about them ,to many complaints,I acnt tell if its a good or not ,but they are running great promo for 50 free spins.

Played here a while ago, like every other microgaming casino. Quite reliable, they just do not seem to chase customers by offering incentives. Not much to complain about, nut also not much to sing about either. Average.

Spin palace is microgaming casino ,and i am surprised to see yellow pop up on the review of this casino, which stating that casino has very poor customer support. Probably they became bad, but i played them two years ago, and i did not notice anything bad, and at overall my experience was good, and i did not get any troubles with my withdrawal or with customer support.

I made my first deposit in this casino which was 40$ and also i was able to get welcome bonus from this casino, which was 100%, nothing special, but probably now they have bigger amount for bonuses. With 80$ on my balance i must admit that i had a lot of playtime and fun with this balance, i start from league of fortunes, and luckily first spin bring me free spins rounds, 15 x 5, which paid around x 100, i played at minimum bet unfortunately, but since the minimum bet there is 0.5, i am ok with it. After this i played couple of medium variances games, but then decide to try the dark knight at 0.9 bet, and after batman made 3 wild reels, i left this again. I still had a bit of wager left, and i do it on thunderstruck II and immortal romance. After all i had 500$ cash to withdraw. Casino support verify my account within two days, and two more was needed to get my money. 4 days is long of course, but i was happy that at least they finally pay me, and i can say that i did not made any other deposits and i will not do it in future.

I rate this casino with 6 stars, 4 days even for first withdrawal is too long. But at least i was able to win, this is always good. But since askgamblers did not recommend this casino, i am with them here, better stay away if they did not help with players complaints.
