You have to completely understand how the bonuses work as you never get the bonus or you deposit included with a withdrawal. Some of their bonuses require a playthru some don't make sure you know the difference. I have never found any of the customer service people to be rude, but then I am never rude to them, maybe that helps when you have an issue. I have tried to let them know I am patient but there is a limit without being rude about it.
