So only leaves 1 option - wire transfer - which I chose originally - which was declined! live chat said send my details again, so I have done.

Update: Ok so I received my payout today Fed Ex. When I woke up this morning I had an email that said it was en route and coming today. Good thing I was at home today or I would have missed it. So here is the time frame that it took to get paid. Requested Payout 9-23-2016 Approved 10-14-2016 Paid 11-07-2016. So it took 2 weeks to get it approved and then another 2 weeks to get a payment. A month even though I think that is an excessive time frame to get paid I understand the logistics. I would play here again as this is a good casino with super fun games.
