This casino is a big FRAUD they are just ripping you off. DO NOT play on this site. I won $50,000 and they voided it due to saying I made high bets with the bonus it’s a load of crap. I went to the Australian gaming commission and they said this casino is not Australian based it is in Curaçao so I reached out to the Curaçao gaming commission to get my money and they said to me that ROO CAsINO is misleading and false and that roo is not registered under them but Roo Casino states they are registered with Curaçao. After winning over 1000 we submitted to withdraw. For 2 weeks we couldn’t get a straight answer from them saying that the payment team was available but recieving emails from payments service not support service after a few days we played our money out down to 490 thinking they didn’t want to pay the 100 so we tried for half . Same thing always one excuse after another . Then when we had done everything they said they come back with of you have 2.72 out of the 490 was played by bonus . What a load of crap that was cause we never received them bonuses. So then we put 20 with no bonus and got up to 85 tried to withdraw using same bank details as before and they’v just told us the bank details are in wrong format . So it’s true they are a big fraud company just scampering for whatever dollars they can get . DONT PLAY THIS GAME THEY ARE NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS .
what a joke as long as you dont win to much there fine they have of an 800 dollar win given me only $75 even after playing through 50 times and now they are trying do say i an performing some kind of illegal activity and when you ask for an explanation they cant tell you so as long as you dont win there ok
Not really impressed yeah you can grow your winnings but then wont let you withdraw i had over $100 went to withdraw and no cant withdraw till over $200 + what crap!
