First of all this casino doesn't offer a no deposit bonus which is nearly industry standard practice. I took the welcome bonus and depending on what character you choose the percentage match is different. My selected character got me 200% match which is pretty decent. Very poor experience with Lucky Luke. I made a deposit and ended up winning 3500 dollars. After I requested a withdrawl I had to verify my account which took a couple of days. I then received an email saying my withdrawl was accepted but I need to use another withdrawl method.
I waited two days but the money still hadn't appeared back in my account and then I received another email. This one stated that my funds had been removed from my account due to winning with a no deposit bonus.
I didn't use a no deposit bonus and they are refusing to answer any questions about it and are ignoring me. I have screenshots of the bet history but the support has gone cold.
