I made a withdrawal for $1275 and was told that the check would be for $872 because of currency conversion. Did not know I wasn't playing US dollars so that was disappointing. Also, the site clearly says that they are sending it by overnight courier ($43 charge), but it actually takes 4-5 days. Overall, a disappointing experience. Haven't received check yet, so hopefully I won't have any more surprises with this casino!

I used to really really enjoy the casino where a often got big wins.( I should have withdrawn many times). But laterly I feel they have changed and it is a lot harder to get a decent when or a win at all .
Again another easy redemption of the no deposit bonus of 5 dollars Wich lasted me quiet some time however same game options as the last casinos I have signed up on, these casinos would benefit from graphic and selection upgrade other than that I'd give it a 6 out of 10
I personally would love to be more accredited to play this casino but I find even though South Africans are allowed to play we cant necessarily pay the coupon and bonus amounts as dollars are much more for us

Be very careful of this casino. I sent through my deposit via bitcoin and it has 98 confirmations and has successfully been transferred to the wallet number given by fair go however they did not credit it to my account.
After contacting them via instant message and wasting 2 hours, I was told that someone should be in contact in the next 48 hours.......
They never asked me for any details of the transaction so I know that this will not be followed up.
They also leave you waiting for quite a long time but then if you do not respond to them within a few minutes then they disconnect the call which is so unprofessional. If you are going to disconnect then be consistent.
They also use it as an excuse to not have to rectify the problem. So as an example, they may have all the information they need to complete and solve the problem however the moment they sense you are not answering they will disconnect - got to get those ticket numbers up I suppose....
