I experienced enough problems to say that casino fiz is not a good place to play, always same problems experienced there from super super slow payments till games that not work when paying out winnings after bonus rounds, i have to explain them 10000 times my isssue and they still don't get it very frustrating so for me it's a no go

Basic rival games. Very difficult to cash out. Customer service techs are only interested in selling you credits and taking your deposits, no help at all if you have an actual technical issue to be dealt with. I would just play the no deposit bonuses but never make a real money deposit.

I agree with nelsnik. I've had issues with slow payments here and I'm stuck going back and forth with support for days.
With so many good casinos out there I'd find one that's not giving you a hassle every time you try and withdraw money
