I really enjoyed DNA I do believe they have a great casino,though the payouts are a bit slower than indicated (some of it can be blamed on KYC times they seem to take longer than usual) They have a friendly staff and actually do have phone support! (they even call you when you make your first deposit!) This gave me a sense of security that other casinos haven't :) So I do believe I will be going back :)

The customer support is not good ! They answer you after many times reach them ! The most of time chat is automated responce and you asked them something  and they answered you about a no deposit bonus how it works ! I asked them from my winnings and they were telling me for the bonus !As a new player i used a no deposit bonus of 100 euros which i saw in a similar site like yours it was sportsbook no deposit bonus which needed to wager it i dont remeber how many times but i fullfil the wagering requirements and i win 54 euros ! So when i was asking to claim my winnings i did not get any response ! when finally i get a response they told me it was not a no deposit bonus and it needs to deposit 100 euros to wager them once and then to claim my winnings ! So bad experience ! I dont trust this casino to deposit because live support is so bad ! Think about it before deposit!

I've played here a couple of times like the variety of games they have. I feel when you're offered a no deposit at sign up that one should be able to play any games that the casino offers. They don't, limited on games you can play which is a turn off. I haven't dealt with support so I can't give any feedback in the area. More than likely I do not see myself making a deposit here.

Looks like gigantic casino with loads of erros and non-responsive customer suppot. I have some cash and would like to make the cashout, but the cashier looks very strange, no direct option to cashout, need to send emails to unrepsonsive customer support. So this is situation without entrance for me, I am thinking just leave this or contact BetDNA through rep. Since the casino is registered and operating in USA, the strange control situation...Just stay away from here and find another place without any restrictions...

I played at this casino with a no deposit offer. I experienced very rude atttitude from customer support, not caring about my questions and needs at all. Also game selection you can play with the bonus is super small, there were slots too, but only from Betsoft and the amount was small. Also knowing their sister sites I don't feel like they can be really trusted. I won't be depositing there.

BetDna is a casino I joined earlier this month. For a while I thought that this casino doesn't accept players from my country and I never actually checked if that was true. Then recently I saw a no deposit bonus code that would give me 50€ no deposit, I must say so large offers don't come often, so I decided to find out if I could play there and then claim the offer. I was interested because lately I've been playing a lot of Betsoft games and this casino has Betsoft along with few other softwares.

I noticed that they are a sister site to Pamper casino and Always Cool casino, which both I've played at, but they didn't allow residents from my country to play with freebies. I went through their terms but in the restricted country list I didn't see my country, so after I signed up, I went to speak to live support. I was quite disappointed with the attitude from support, I was just told that wagering for free bonus would be 80x and when I asked about my country, support told me just to read their terms and before I got to answer to that, support had already closed the chat. In my opinion it was quite unprofessional.

So knowing that in none of their terms was my country listed, I went to cashier and saw they offered 10€ no deposit bonus for Betsoft. But since I had my own code I claimed it and 50€ were added immediately. I started to play Under the Bed slot with minimum bets, but my balance was decreasing rapidly. When my balance was down to 30€, I went to a game called Three Wishes. I was very disappointed with the payouts from this game, I had many bonus rounds but none paid over 10x bet. And at last I played Madder Scientist which took away all my money.

Overall I had a pleasant time at BetDna casino but I believe it was because I played with a freebie. Not even once I reached over my initial balance amount. Support was unprofessional and also the amount of games I could play with no deposit bonus was small, but their game selection overall was quite impressive. I think they are decent casino, but what makes me doubt them is the fact that lately I've seen numerous amounts of no deposit bonuses for them, that doesn't leave very good impression. So far I don't think I will deposit there.

I really don't like this casino. Mobile platform is not great at all. The strange thing is, the casino offers a no depisit bonus which indeed you are able to claim it, you are even able to see it in your balance. But good luck in trying to play it on the slots. I don't know what it is, but I was and I am still unable to play this bonus in the slots. It's a pity as it looked like an interesting casino but unfortunately very frustrating and irritating. I will not be plying here and the bonus can remain in the account as it is.

Well this place needs to be blacklisted or better yet Closed down .I received a sports sign up bonus and wagered it thru and is now in my sports book balance as Cash .I submitted three tickets over 3 months and they never responded to me as of yet ...Well that money has been there since December 2014 and it is now November 2015 and I still have not made contact with anyone .What a joke and I have records for every ticket I submitted .Not sure what rights US players have and what I can do about it other then warn others on every blog on the net including Facebook and Twitter ..PLAYERS BEWARE THIS PLACE CAN NOT BE TRUSTED AND LCB PLEASE REMOVE THEM FROM YOUR LIST

BetDNA casino is a casino sponsored by Betsoft and Novomatic. Both of these software aren't really familiar to me, especially not Novomatic, and I never had any prior experiences, if I recall correctly, with Operia Corp Casinos.

I also had a hope that this casino was DNA themed, but sadly it wasn't. It was the reason why I wanted to try the casino out, but when I realized like ' I'm already here, might as well give this casino a shot' which is exactly what I did.

I used their 25$ bonus, and added another 20$ on top of that. I was surprised how many options they offer when you play with them ;Live Betting, Sports betting, tables, Poker, slots. It was really nice to see as the casinos that offer this big range of playables, because casinos like this are very few and far in between.

I actually found myself reaching the wagering requirements quite fast , as I had a double deposit, which in terms led me to the 10x wagering. Originally, I thought it would take me quite a while to rake it up, but when there are table games, there is profit to be made. I believe I was able to reach the bonus in little over 4 hours, but I wasn't playing constantly, instead, I was playing in parts, hahah, I had a feeling I'd go dry out of luck playing for 4 hours straight.

I didn't withdraw the money I won though, as I always think there is more money to be made, I mean, I had well over 200$ and when having this much money in my sights, I always tend to get a bit greedy trying to double it.
