And the last sentence of that reply states that If my account cannot be verified, they may have to close my account.

Damn! That was the last straw! I took no hesitation at all. I replied back saying that I do not have any valid passport to submit to them, as already mentioned in my earlier reply to them, and told them to close my account as intended. That was done to day. What happens next, is yet to be seen!
